If you bought the book
Dead link, broken file, receipt never arrived, money back. Include the transaction number or the address you bought with — otherwise I have to go looking, and that takes time.
If the download does not work, you get the files by another route. No discussion, this is not a special case.
For payment, receipts or refunds, the support link in your receipt takes you straight to the seller. That is often the faster route. You can still write to me.
